Wordless Wednesday - I can't Believe It's Spring!!
Everytime the snow disappears and we finally get to see the green grass peeking through and start believing that spring might be on its way, we get another snowfall.  Hard to believe that its the first day or two of spring when all we have around us is winter white snow.  Will it ever end?

Where oh where are the blue skies and the daffodils? Heck, I'll even settle for dandelions (..ya think I might be getting desperate....).

Wordless Wednesdays -Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!!!
I just recently got back from a trip to Colorado, visitng my son and his family.  We took two of my granddaughters with us from New York and all of us went to Vail and Beaver Creek for a few days.  Though the temperatures were frigid, hovering from 30 below to 10 above for the time that we were there, it didn't stop us from having a grand time.  The snow was plentiful and the views were amazing.

wordless wednesday: Dancing Waters - 01/26/11 11:33 AM
At a recent trip to Atlantic City I had planned to meet some friends for coffee.  I arrived early for my appointment (only because I thought the agreed upon time was an hour earlier).  I used the extra time to take a stroll thru the shops at the Pier at Ceaser's and had a delightful surprise.  There was a display of dancing waters that I was just in time for.  The photos don't do justice to the display but it was an unexpected treat.

wordless wednesday: Wordless Wednesday - The Aqueduct - 01/20/10 02:37 PM
These Photos were taken along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in Caesarea at the remains of the Roman Aqueduct.

It was built by Herod the Great about 25–13 BC and spanned 13 miles.

These ruins lie on the Mediterranean coast of Israel about halfway between the cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa.

The city was named Caesarea, in honor of Augustus Caesar.

wordless wednesday: Wordless Wednesday - All Fall Down - 11/18/09 07:06 AM
The fall foliage season sadly, is coming to a close.  Some trees in Rockland are still blooming but others are bare.  The view from my window has significantly changed in the past week from Fall in bloom

to all FALL down and bare;

 I miss it already.
It's a long wait until next FALL!
