It is after Christmas and I am still on my family vacation in Seattle, WA. The home of Active Rain believe it or not. Well, being on vacation and visiting my family, I have realized something important that I mostly forget during the rest of the year when I am frantically working. Yesterday was my 29th birthday! I must me one of the youngest real estate brokers in our area, Humboldt and Del Norte County California. I could have been a real estate broker earlier but I had to finish getting my two degrees at Humboldt State University first, one for Engineering and the other for English (my two favorite subjects besides real estate and business). Today was a great day! I showed about 9 houses in Eureka, CA for my client whom I have been working with for over a year now on her first home purchase. I know that we are suppose to only show our clients about 3 to 4 homes at a time because anymore homes and they will not remember all the details of some of the homes.
