Foreclosure Friday 1/28/11 Maui was spared all foreclosures today. For change we were just looking at 16 properties facing foreclosure, usually we see about 70 to 100 foreclosures on a Friday. This week there seemed to be low in foreclosures and we were seeing a few cancellations.
