My personal belief is that the attorneys for the banks are now scrambling trying to adjust their ways in order to further foreclosure auctions in the state of Hawaii. Here is a new link to the new law in the state of Hawaii; for those home owners who really want help this is good news. For those investors and second home owners the news is not so good.
