Fair Warning Foreclosures on Maui at Hoapili Hale As the Bell Tolls Wednesday September 30th 2009 was a small day just two foreclosures! One was the HOA at the Iao Parkside starting the foreclosure process. Two was a Papakea condominium out in Kahana - Honokowai 3543 Lower Honoapiilani highway apartment A-306 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $236,250.00

So just postponements today no one was foreclosed upon, thats good. I say Just one Attorney and two other people, no action no loss, no action no gain.

As the Bell Tolls I missed Thursday being so busy selling and showing properties to my Favorite artist on Maui. Fair Waring Tuesday Maui Hawaii Foreclosures September 1st 2009 Just John, Doug and I at the court house steps / Haoipili Hale Wailuku. Six postponements and no Auction, not a single foreclosure auction yet this week, though I would suspect Friday to be a big day at the court house. Aloha Friday is now Foreclosure Friday!

Fair warning Wednesday foreclosure auction at the court house steps Wailuku Maui Up at Haopili Hale we saw a small crowd today, one public bidder a Realtor Broker, 5 attorneys, Susan (Na Hale O Maui), Jimi, Doug and I. 1260 Lower Main street was foreclosed upon by the lien holder First Hawaiian Bank @ $365,000 4242 Lower Honoapiilani road Unit E114 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder First Bank of Hawaii for $313,000 no one bid upon it.
