I continue to get emails about foreclosures in the county of Maui. Usually the email consist of when, where and how will the foreclosure market come back? What I can say is this. I know of 1500 inventory pieces that the current owners have not paid their mortgages, behind in payment or are late. I know that that at some time the banks will repossess them (ALL). If you have been wondering where this "Maui Foreclosure" BLOG reporting has gone? Well ACT48 has made it so not many Maui Hawaii Attorneys are willing to proceed with a Judicial Foreclosure Procedure. There will be a few Foreclosures now and then, yet for the most part there has only been 2 Judicial Foreclosures a month and these have been in the works for years. "An Open Letter to the Ohana's on Maui"
My heart goes out to each and everyone of us, as we struggle in these trying times. The information provided on this blog is courteous & only meant to inform you, your families, friends. Many of us have found ourself ousted with no where to turn to.
