Cash or Loan One of the questions people most often ask me is the market sustaining sales? And if so are they cash or loan. Every month I crunch the numbers to give these clients and friends an answer. This past month of September was and is a typical display of our Maui Hawaii real estate market in its volatile uneasy state.
Condo minimums Sold in the month of September 2011 81 units sold Cash 52 units = 65% Loan 29 units = 35%
And just the opposite for Maui homes

The Maui News has published an article that is a bit closer to the "truth" then the regular reported facts. Though RealtyTrac dot com is not the best fact finder, more or less is the only fact finder available to the large and general public. This is no coincidence that the Maui news showed up seeing that the Red List was advertising the 100+ foreclosures to be auction off on Friday the 27th of August 2010.

My heart goes out to each and everyone of us, as we struggle in these trying times. The information provided on this blog is courteous & only meant to inform you, your families, friends.
