Aloha Friday or Fair Warning Friday Today up at Hoapili Hale it was real busy five Realtors, three loan officers, several attorneys, three auctioneers were all there and about 15 bidders, by far the busiest day I have seen at the court house steps in quit awhile on the island of Maui. The state of Hawaii is now number 30 on the list of foreclosures and rising As reported in the Honolulu star bulletin by Alison Schaefers Hold on were climbing up in the ranks of foreclosures from number 47 two years ago to number 42 last year now we are the 30th state with auctions of foreclosures.
