new agents: Real Estate Business Picking UP in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area!!!

I don't know about you guys in the Dallas-Fort Worth area but its picking up quite a bit! The drop in the interest rates are definitely helping too! Dallas-Fort Worth is the top 10 for UNDER-valued homes! Thats good news for Buyers! Also since alot of people are scared to buy the Lease part of real estate has picked up alot too! So far this job has been difficult but very rewarding in the commissions and the clients excitement with a home purchase or lease. Getting started in real estate isn't as easy as I thought! I have a lot more respect for Agents! Especially the new ones trying to beat the odds. Building your business sounds alot easier said then done. I'm Luke and i live in Aubrey , TX i'm currently 24 and i've always had a passion for Real Estate!
