kent: Kent Lions Club Annual Carnation Days

The Kent Lions Club is getting ready for it's biggest fund raiser of the year, Carnation Day's. Deliveries will be on Friday October 31st and Saturday November 1st. Cost is $10.00 per dozen and you can contact Chairman Tony DeLuke at 330-730-3117. kent: Kent State gears up for party Oct. 25th

The Kent Community is gearing up for the annual Halloween party in downtown Kent that usually draws 15,000-25,000 Halloween revelers. Polic are beefing up staff for the biggest event of the year-the annual Halloween party. City police will have 4 times the number of officers on duty as thousands and thousand of costumed Students, residents and their children from throughout the Northeast Ohio Area converge on Kent. Today I venture into a new marketing area for myself, The Flip Video Phenomenon. I attended our State convention for the OAR (Ohio Association of Realtors) in Columbus Ohio on September 14-17, 2008. I had the pleasure of attended several awesome seminars, one of which the guest speaker was Terry Watson from Chicago, entitled "Ninja Negotiations" He really opened my eyes on the effective use of using "Flip Video" and finding good information on "You Tube" I went to You tube and look at several different videos for Real Estate that used the Flip Video Camera.
