Dillards New Years Day Sale was so much fun. I'll let you in on our game plan, and what worked and didn't work. I'm not a Black Friday shopper, so my experience is limited. I didn't know what to expect! We went to Dillards on New Years Eve to get a feel for the layout of the store and where the sale items would be located.
