real estate: How To Host A Yard Sale - 01/31/13 12:36 PM

When you decide to host your own yard sale a lot of people get an instant headache. Here are some tips to help alleviate the stress.
First, go through your house and try to find different items to sell. You can also search through a shed, attic or garage if you have one. While searching for things keep in mind that broken items usually won’t do so well in a yard sale. They’re usually meant for the garbage. Try to put things that are in good condition in your yard sale or if it needs a little cleaning, do that … (0 comments)

real estate: EARLY VOTING - 10/30/12 09:35 AM
Utah Voters!!  Spend 10 minutes...save yourself an hour or more by voting early.   Go to Vote.Utah.Gov and then click on the "On My Ballot" tab, and then click "Sample Ballot" and then click the "click here to tell us a few details about you" link if the REGISTERED VOTER LOOKUP pop-up box does not automatically come up.  (Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.)

real estate: Professional Experience - 05/22/12 04:52 AM
I remember when I was a kid; I used to pull stunts like hiding the vegetables I need to eat, not doinghomework, sneaking out of the house. When I would get caught; my dad would say, “You know, Ididn’t get these gray hairs for nothing. Three professional roofers prepped the roof one day, and then came back afterthe shingles were delivered and it took them all of three hours to do a perfect job. Nearby, a neighborhas been working on his roof for … (0 comments)
