Dillards New Years Day Sale was so much fun. I'll let you in on our game plan, and what worked and didn't work. I'm not a Black Friday shopper, so my experience is limited. I didn't know what to expect! We went to Dillards on New Years Eve to get a feel for the layout of the store and where the sale items would be located. Go to Vote.Utah.Gov and then click on the "On My Ballot" tab, and then click "Sample Ballot" and then click the "click here to tell us a few details about you" link if the REGISTERED VOTER LOOKUP pop-up box does not automatically come up.
