I'm tired of hearing it! Every-time you turn on the radio or TV or pick up a paper, some self proclaimed expert is talking about how bad the real estate market is and how much more they think prices will drop before it is over. And if you're thinking of buying a home you should wait. Well guess what. It won't be over until people start buying again.
