The latest Las Vegas Summerlin new luxury home community name is Scots Pine.  We're in the desert and when I think of pine trees I think of beautiful northern forests.  You know the ones where you walk into them and your nose is overwhelmed with the awesome pine smell.  Try doing that in the desert.  Your nose might just get full of sand.

A recent study conducted by Porch.com shows indeed the name of the neighborhood can indicate wealth.  We find that to be true in Las Vegas.  One of the US largest master planned communities is in Las Vegas and is called Summerlin.  Summerlin consists of 30 Villages of which 23 are completed or under construction and 7 are planned.  Each Village can have 1 to over 26 neighborhoods.
