Spring Market is here! Is winter over yet? The past 2 days we have been teased by 60 degree weather and in the past week 319 new homes have come on the Lehigh Valley real estate market! In the past 30 days 731 new homes have come on the market. That’s a lot of homes for sale! Does this mean that the real estate “winter” is over? Not quite. In the past 30 days only 161 homes have gone under contract or have sold. Out of the 731 new listings 175 of them were short sales, foreclosures, or estate sales! So … (0 comments)
