Brea's housing inventory appears to be at an all time low when it comes to the number of single family homes for sale any given day during the month of August! When it comes to Brea real estate and homes for sale as a long-time local REALTOR and Broker myself, I've been watching the inventory come and go now for decades in the City of Brea. Almost any day this month when I've checked the ACTIVE listings (as identified in our Multiple Listing Service) it's been anywhere from only 38 to 37 single family (detached) homes for sale in the (5 comments)
