Henry County, Kentucky is a great place to live. I can say that because I was born and raised there! It is a wonderful, tight-knit community. There are fun things to do for those who are willing to venture around the county.
Recently I discovered the Smith-Berry Winery just outside of New Castle towards Drennon. What a find! You can go in any time they are open and get wine tastings, and their wines are reasonable in price. (Tell them I recommend the Bluegrass Blush.) The city of Mt. Washington is located in Bullitt County, Kentucky. Bullitt County is growing by leaps and bounds with the new companies coming to town more frequently. If you are thinking of moving to Mt. Washington, Louisville is within fairly close proximity. However, there are lots of things to do that are even closer.
