This Seller was very happy to know that his Short Sale resulted in no deficiency for a 1st and 2nd mortgage on his home. He had to bring just over $5000 to have the balance of both of his mortgages released and waived of any deficiency.

Another reminder of why I do what I do and love it!  I closed on a Short Sale Tuesday with one of my Sellers here in Coral Springs.  There was quite a bit of back & forth with the Seller's Lender (love challenges)....to include demands that the Seller bring monies to closing, monies that she didn't have and we were able to finally get the Lender to agree to a very small $ amount which was manageable by the Seller.
