It's 3:00 a.m. .... do you know where your REALTOR is at? (Oh, and to clarify, I can end my sentence with a preposition as they say the rule of not ending a sentence with a preposition is a myth. Who is "they"? I don't know but I"m going with it, despite!)
I hear so much about REALTOR's not being accessible and this noted lack of communication with their customers is a number 1 customer complaint: " I never hear from my REALTOR" or "I can't get ahold of my REALTOR".

How to handle bad news
A well known statistic, commonly reported on, yet so hard to believe: 70% of all homeowners who had homes foreclosed on in 2010 never even listed their home for sale. WHY? Why oh Why?!
It's human nature to want to avoid unpleasant circumstances and being faced with foreclosure and wanting to avoid foreclosure is certainly unpleasant. In fact, simply stating that it is unpleasant is an understatement, I'm sure you'd agree. So why did so many distressed Sellers bury their head in the sand?

Coral Springs Realtor closes another Short Sale!
Coral Springs Realtor accomplished another Short Sale Approval and we closed today. Another very satisfying day. Did I tell you that I love what I do?! What a blessing!
This Short Sale took just 35 days from contract submission to Seller's Lender to closing. Hey, but wait there's more, read on: 
*This was the homeowners 2nd home & not her primary home
*There was a 1st and a 2nd mortgage note
*There was a high past due Association fees of almost $5000
*There were past due property taxes
 
Okay...now to the good news!:
