Good news to share and hope for our future - the short sale Realtor's future, that is!
I just submitted a sales contract to a lender Monday, they downloaded the short sales package with sales contract today, told me today that they would order the BPO and I just got off the phone with the BPO agent who is doing an interior tomorrow in the a.m.  Now that's what I call progress. I'm wondering if this is an indication of what this approval process will be like?  I sure hope so.

Happy to report a short sale that has just been approved by the Lender after starting at the latter part of November. It all went along relatively smooth; typical short sale documents were requested and exchanged, just a little bit of phone tag but eventually caught up within several days and quite agreeable. Even agreed to pay an IRS lien and 2007 property taxes. The final net amount to lender will net them 86% of fair market value.
