Home buyers have always been willing to pay for some features more than others and Pulte Builders has done a survey showing what the results recently told us. What buyers WOULD give up? 44% said they'd be willing to give up a location near public transportation in exchange for those amenities. 35% said they'd give up better schools & proximity to entertainment & shopping. So buyers can and do get enticed away from some of the features on their primary list. I find it really astounding that buyers would even think about a lower rated school district if they have children … (32 comments)
