Get your exercise rain or shine in a nice safe environment at Woodfield Mall. I knew the mall was big but I didn't know that you could get 2.2 miles in just by doing both levels. Oh No ..... not Zillow! One of my past clients recently was called into his investment brokers office to go over his account and obviously make any future battle plans that were necessary. This has been a trying time for anyone with any kind of investments and offering a shoulder to cry on was the actual topic of the meeting. After going thru all the various accounts, the planner came to the 'real estate portion' of the program and gave my client the value of his home. $209,000 ..... REALLY?

Lexington Green - Schaumburg ILI have a lot of buyers in the Schaumburg Area ask me 'What is a coach home or a manor home anyway'? It all started with Lexington Builders on the eastern edge of Schaumburg somewhere around 30 years ago. A 'Coach Home' is simply a different name for a 'quad' or group of 4 homes put together. Well lately we’ve heard some media buzz that improvement is happening in the Schaumburg Illinois Real Estate Market and I just wanted to let you know that YES – it’s true!
So for the month of March 2009 .............. we’ve had 19 properties close – YIPEE.
Of all the closings 16 were below the $330,000 price and only 3 were above. This is basically showing us that obviously the first time buyers are spurring along the market.
