This is also called the 'Conversion Rate' or how long and how much inventory is on the market in a particular town. Obviously, the higher the rate, the longer the market time for that particular community.

Oh No ..... not Zillow! One of my past clients recently was called into his investment brokers office to go over his account and obviously make any future battle plans that were necessary. This has been a trying time for anyone with any kind of investments and offering a shoulder to cry on was the actual topic of the meeting. Well lately we’ve heard some media buzz that improvement is happening in the Schaumburg Illinois Real Estate Market and I just wanted to let you know that YES – it’s true!
So for the month of March 2009 .............. we’ve had 19 properties close – YIPEE.
Of all the closings 16 were below the $330,000 price and only 3 were above. This is basically showing us that obviously the first time buyers are spurring along the market.
