It's not often that we list and sell an aircraft hangar, but we're very proud of this one. Hangar number eight at the Madeline Island Airport, located at 777 Airport Drive, LaPointe, Wisconsin is now sold.

I spent the past weekend showing homes on Madeline Island. It was an adventure in many ways, certainly not routine. Showing homes on a snowy, wintry island in Lake Superior is never routine.
It occurred to me that most of my clients have no idea what's actually involved in showing their Madeline Island home during winter months. Allow me to paint you a picture of what this is like.

Over the past year, it seems I've been listing an increasing number of "accessible" dwellings, both in Northwest Wisconsin and in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I serve on several Diversity committees in the real estate community, including the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) Diversity in Housing Committee. Yesterday, a prospective buyer walked into our Madeline Island real estate office to inquire about a vacant land property not far from downtown.
She asked me if I could provide information on that particular property. When I did a Google Search for the address, I realized that she had the fire number (same as a house number here on Madeline Island) wrong, but at least she was close.
