The Apostle Islands of northwest Wisconsin have been a destination for vacation home buyers for over a century. The first summer residents on Madeline Island and in Bayfield, Wisconsin were mostly from Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois and of course, elsewhere in Wisconsin. Today, our summer resident community brings vacation property owners from all over the United States.
