Some Seller's are getting more and more desperate. That means smart buyer,s can find good investment properties with the right approach and knowledge. One thing to look for is a strong area like Hawaii, supply and demand 101 dictates property will have value even in a slow market. There is only so much land on a Island. Investor,s would be wise too use the knowledge of local Realtors that have seen and survived slow market periods before.
