Yea, I know. Who really cares about a Senate race in Connecticutt? But the more I watch Peter Schiff videos, the more I love this guy. He's the guy who predicted the housing crash when others were laughing at him and calling him crazy. Watch these videos showing a talk he gave to a small group. Peter Schiff, the guy who predicted the collapse of the housing market, is now running for the US Senate. It's going to be interesting to see how he plays the political game. YouTube is such a great thing. No one can hide anymore from a bad prediction because somewhere, somehow, someone recorded it and put it on YouTube. Here's a funny video clip from a Financial News show back in December 2006, way back in the good old days. We are all hoping that the worst is past and we've reached the bottom. Things can only get better, right? I am an eternal optimist but I've been making the mistake of following two guys over the past year who have been calling for a lot more gloom and doom. These guys have been on target with their predictions in the past so I have gained a lot of respect for them. I always get a chuckle watching news shows and listening to these panels of "experts" predict what's going to happen in various markets in the future. It's interesting once in a while to look back to see who was right and who was wrong. I stumbled upon this video from about a year ago where they had a panel of pundits predicting what was going to happen to the housing market in 2007.
