Buying a Home With No Money Down in Virginia might be easier than you think. One hundred percent financing is still alive and well.I recently read an article from CNN Money, "Prices are low, Mortgages cheap, but you can't get one". The article went on to state that the "rich" are buying homes because they are the ones with a 20% downpayment. Lately I have been asked where all the 100% financing programs? They still exist for buyers that have VA Loan Eligibility in the DC Metro Area. Or buyerss willing to live in Rural Development areas. The property address will determine the Rural Development eligibility.You can visit www.IsThisHomeRD.com for more information. Of course, Woodbridge, VA would not be considered a rural area unless it was 20 years ago.....
