Looking for a database to house all info in one centralized location for short sales, reo listings and our traditional database. We are currently using Short Sale Commanderfor Short sales (LOVE it). Love the task lists, detailed fields for 1st, 2nd and additional lien holders. Love the automated forms and packets and tracking success ratios. REO listings... Previously used TAZA. Team members did not like functionality. I did not like cost. Switched to Broker Brain... way more user friendly. Still priced high. Great task flow that can be set up with individualized banks processes. Need to be able to store large … (1 comments)
