The huge advantage that Lowes Home Improvement has over Menard's is CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a matter of fact, the customer service is so good at Lowes Home Improvement, if the product your looking for is not on the floor; the sales specialist whom happens to be working that day has ALWAYS called me back, therefore increasing their revenue because of the items I purchase. The quality of the merchandise at Lowes is TOP quality. Manitowoc citizens should be able to purchase higher end, middle end, or lower end products of their choice.
