Even in Maple Valley, where homes are priced somewhat more moderately in comparison to other communities east of Seattle, starter homes were still unobtainable for many first time home buyers because prices were still a little more than they could obtain financing for.
Well the market is different, changing, and with that change is a drop on entry level home prices, even new construction is selling as much as 40 K less than they sold for 18 months ago.
