You actually can get a listing just by providing a home score that other competing agents have not heard about yet. This is from an agent that is still using the free copy: Saturday evening, returning home from a day of showing homes, I walked in, and realized I had left my laptop at the library earlier in the day! I rushed to the library, found the security guard and asked if they had cameras, he said no. I went downstairs and to my surprise, my laptop bag was hanging on the same chair I had left it on, laptop included. … (0 comments)

First of all, when I say proven, I mean every homeowner I have offered this free service wanted this information and accepted what the report had to show. Changes were made according to the summary, each home had an offer that was acceptable in a very short period of time. Most homeowners spent less than $100 on their home for improvements or adjustments to their home. Some homeowners opted to lower their listing price which was suggested by this program.
