My homeowners insurance bill came in the other day and I thought to myself, “renters don’t worry about bills like this.” I have been a home owner since the late 1990’s so I am used to property taxes, insurance, property management and everything else related to home ownership.

buying: Canadians are actively buying Florida real estate - so how do you attract them? - 03/26/08 01:52 PM
It is the perfect storm for Canadians. The Florida real estate market is depressed and their Canadian dollar is very strong against the U.S. dollar. Florida has been a long time vacation spot for Canadians. Many of them are now looking to buy vacation homes in the sunshine state.
I have been very active lately with several clients from Canada and one of them is closing a lovely home in a golf course community in Sarasota.
So how do you attract them?
I got my clients from my website. I rank number 1 in Google for 'Sarasota real estate' so that is how they found me.
