By now the October numbers should be complete for the State College Real Estate. As of today the current inventory of Active Listings in the State College School District is 315 Listings. The price range of these listings is fro $38,000 all the way up to a $4,500,000 farm with development potential. In the month of October, 63 listings closed. The price range of these listings was from $106,500 up to $609,900. Also in October 44 listings went Sale Pending. 51 Properties were listed during the month of October as well. Summer has pretty much come and gone (not officially but you know what I mean.) The kids are back in school and Grange Fair is over. Here is a quick snapshot of the Bellefonte School District market report for the month of August: Currently there are 199 active listings in the Bellefonte Area School District. There are a total of 51 units that are currently sale pending. Of those 51, 25 of them went sale pending in the month of August. The students are back to Penn State University and that means Penn State Football is also in full swing. Time for a Centre County Real Estate Report as well! Currently there are 1128 active listings in the Centre County Association of REALTORS MLS. In August we had 303 new listings hit the market and another 112 listings go sale pending. As you can see there are more listings coming on the market than what is going off so inventory is growing. August also saw 179 closed sales for the entire MLS.
