When I was thinkign about leaving the Army I figured I would go to Penn State University for Finance and end up working on Wall Street somewhere as an investment banker. January will be Ten years I've worked in the real estate business and this has been my best year to date. In the next week I plan to have my business plan for 2014 completed. My plan calls for 2014 to be an even better year than this year. One of my goals is to bring more young people into this business. I think the real estate industry needs more young blood to rejuvenate it and continue to add the tech skills of the next generation. Generally I see a lot of buyers that end up just going with whatever agent happens to show them their first home. Sometimes it's just the random person that happens to answer their email they sent about a property they saw on the internet. A young, inexperienced agent once said to me, "It doesn't really matter who people use as a buyer's agent anyway."
