"Home staging is just cleaning and decluttering." is a common belief. The truth, however, is that staging is about creating a marketable product with a seller's largest investment, their home. Chicagoland Home Staging recently staged this home in Naperville, IL. It had been on the market for over one year and was unsold. Within days of professional staging, the home had multiple offers.
Unfortunately the quick deal on this home fell through, but again was back under contract within two weeks and has since closed.

I know that I have been absent from writing on AR for the past few weeks, but it is only because I have been busy trying to build content to my Chicagoland Home Staging website. While I completely appreciate the Google juice from AR, sometimes you have to make sure that you get some searches pointing to your personal website too.
