The Renoir is a beautiful 8 story building located in River Oaks. The address is 1005 SHEPHERD Dr. Year Built: 2002 Market Area: River Oaks   Directions: On the corner of W. Dallas and Shepherd. Minutes from River Oaks shopping center, boutiques & restaurants. This building was developed by Randall Davis. He is the developer on several other notable high rise condos. Most recently he is developing The Cosmopolitan (that's another blog). The Renoir is a first class residential mid-rise building. There is no valet but not everyone cares for that either.
