Starting in May, the Treasury will begin sending economic stimulus payments to more than 130 million individuals. The stimulus payments will go out through the late spring and summer. The vast majority of Americans who qualify for the payment will not have to do anything other than file their 2007 individual income tax return to receive their payment this year. The IRS will use information on the tax return to determine eligibility and calculate the amount of the stimulus payments. Using the following link to Miamidade.gov webpage you will be able to estimate how much will be your tax bill. Go to miamidade.gov and in the navigation system on your left click on Estimate Your Property Tax or go to Estimate Your Property Tax. You need to read, understand and accept the disclosures . You'll be prompted to the Tax Estimator page where the folio number is required. Remember to file if applies for the Portability if you recently sold your property in 2007 and bought and moved to a new home before Jan 1st 2008.

Is AR a matter of competition between agents.. What do you think? You post a profile, you update it with more description, you post on a daily basis, you don't copy or cheat on others........and all for what? For points, for positioning, for self challenge, to fight, battle, hunter??? What for?? I believe that in the race to gain acceptance, respect and power we are making ourselves more vulnerable to the others. Some of us found the way to learn more by paying extra and taking different classes and passing exams to earn additional designations-certification. For example GRI graduates- they need a lot of time, money and constance to pass and finish the graduation requirements required by the NAR ( 90 hours -more or less) they deserve all my respect. The Realtor (TM) license is based on a training and study of Florida laws, etc, and, not everybody is willing to give more of his/her time and invest in certifications.
