selling strategy: Agent Resistance - How Would You Respond? - 05/16/13 01:17 AM
Quick Question:
If you are confronted by someone  in your office how would you respond?  I am interested in your feedback.  A colleague of mine was approached by someone in the office.
Let me set the stage:
A colleague of mine sells properties using her unique sales strategy.  She sold 25 properties last year and is on track for at least 35 this year.    The agent that confronted, in the office with several people standing around said to her:
"I would never show one of your properties? Aren't you making enemies with other agents? Does your sales strategy actually work?"
