maria salvaggio realtor: I'm Back In Business, It's been a long Year.
- 10/07/12 07:10 PM
It's been one year since I have taken a leave from the Real Estate World. I have decided it is time to get back and make some sales. Since my leave of absence I have made at least 6 referrals with no outcome due to my clients not receiving the service they are use to. Although some have made purchases through other agents and some are waiting on me to get back, I am happy to say, "Let's go".This last year has been very busy for me and my family, and I really have missed my communications with past clients. maria salvaggio realtor: Time to say "Goodbye to the Real Estate world"
- 11/07/11 04:31 PM
It has come time to say" Thank you for wonderful memories and wonderful people I have met in the past 8 years". It is no longer in my family's best interest to continue with this career choice. I love what I do and dreamed about being a Real Estate Agent since I was just a teenage girl. I made that dream come true when I was 34. I invested my heart and soul into the industry since 2004. With the decline in sales and clients my dreams and drive has come to a crashing hault. I can not afford the Board (20 comments)
maria salvaggio realtor: Finally a clear to close
- 08/23/11 11:06 PM
It has been a long 8 months trying to close the last of my 10 condo unit located in East Boston. Took 5 years to sell all 10 units. When the developer started the project there were 6 units with attached garages and 4 units facing the stree with no garage. I informed the seller to build the front 4 units first tht contained no garages but he insisted to build the one with them. Ever since those units have been sold every call I received the buyers wanted a unit with a garage. I knew this was going to happen. (5 comments)
I just wanted to share my expierence with you that I had with this wonderful agent. I had been working with my client for the past 2 years who was looking for a multi-family in the East Boston Ma area. All the cridencials of this Bennington Street home matched him. The listing agent was Maura Bang from Century 21 Mario located in East Boston (0 comments)
maria salvaggio realtor: This is the Biggest decision I have ever had to make...
- 08/16/11 04:57 PM
I have been in the business for 7 years now. I enter when the market was booming. Making alot of money doing what I always wanted to do,"Sell Real Estate". Now as we all know there are far and few closing now. But we still have fees to pay. Board memberships, Real Estate fees,Licenses, classes, signs and on and on. With only 3 closings this year, being a single mother of two and supporting a household. I have to decide to keep my license or to give it up. I can't afford the fees anymore. But I love what I am doing. (42 comments)

It has been 17 months now that my client has tried to sell he home. Thefirst agent listed it at 849K. The second agent 759K. And me the THIRD women in 679K. I received her first offer about 2 weeks ago. Since the offer was excepted and buyers were told Home inspection was for ther own personl use since she was now selling for assessed value (640). She got water in the basement 20 hours before Home inspection (second time). Well they would still move forward if she were to install a B-dry System and a Radon System.a few things from (9 comments)
