There are many reasons sellers decide to start the process of marketing their own home for sell. Finances, save the commission, a "friend" Realtor helps them out(that one I do not understand), or just pride in believing they can do it without any one's help. So when approaching a For Sale By Owner, as a Realtor, there are many ways we can share with them how we can help. Let's face it, the sign in their yard is screaming "HELP ME!".
