So far, this year has been colder than average and I am looking for an escape for a week to a warmer climate.  Sometimes a vacation is much needed, it helps you to rejuvenate and take a breath of fresh air so you can come back refreshed and hopefully have a successful year.  The past year was somewhat frustrating in the real estate business, foreclosures, short sales and an unstable market.  On a more positive note,it  seems like 2010 is bringing more qualified buyers and hopefully more realistic sellers.
