San Francisco Bay Area house hunters who have been pounding the pavement to get into a home probably won’t be surprised by this news: Bay Area properties are selling faster than anywhere else in the U.S., according to arecent study by Trulia.
In one more sign that we’re going through a red-hot seller’s market here, Trulia reported that the San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland metro areas are indeed the three fastest moving markets in the nation. For a almost a week now, Bay Area in Northern California has been experiencing rains and in some areas reports of flooding http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/2014/02/09/storm-northern-california-rain-snow/ were reported.

This morning, I watched the TV weather report, and it was said that about "two to three winter storms are on the way."

Rains but not flooding is a good news, much better than the drought that was feared in previous weeks. People will be trooping the Sierra for snowboarding again for some fun.
