One of the most important features during house hunting is the location and quality of schools in the minds of  parents. The Median sales price of single-family homes in Haywarc, CA ending January 2015 is $442,000 per the market report of Bay East Association of Realtors. There were 57 single-family detached units that were sold in January.
 
However, as reported by NAR's Real Property Resource as of December 2014, the Median Estimated Home Value is $439, 780. Here are the percentage changes over the preceeding month of November and over the last 12 months, namely:

Believe me there were 3 Deer barely 12 feet before us!  Yes that is true, for a Realtor does not lie.
Here is the picture of the third and last deer.
It was the smallest one so it could be the fawn. This happened while I was showing  the property to my client in Castro Valley, California. Here is a very good news for Buyers who cannot make a 20% Down Payment particularly on Jumbo loans. With most lenders requiring 20% Down Payment, the small lenders have become aggressive to offer less Down Payment.
