Mandarin will be in high demand in years to come, due to the Export- Import Bank of China’s investment in The Bahamas’ new sports stadium and the 3.4 billion dollar Baha Mar Resort & Casino. Mario Carey Realty recognizes this and has hired a native Bahamian who is fluent in Mandarin and lives in Beijing, China. Danny Lowe, a Bahamian student in China, is fluent in Mandarin. MCR teamed up with Danny, Chinese Consultant, on his 2012 summer break. Danny is able to provide information about Bahamian real estate in China and in The Bahamas; and acts as a translator.
