Don't Take Closing Date for Granted
To all home sellers and home buyers,
I know there is one thing you guys have in common, both of you want to have a successful closing on the house that has been under contract for the last 30 - 45 days or maybe even longer.  Believe me, that is everybody's goal in the same transaction; the lender, the title company, the contractors who are waiting to get paid after they did the repairs for the house before closing, etc.  They are all waiting for that closing day to come anxiously!

Spring is almost here, we still got just a little chill in the air, but Spring is definitely in the air.  Flowers start blooming, grass is getting green, leaves are growing on the trees again.  Colors are popping up bits by bits here and there.  It makes people happy and energized.
With warmer weather around the corner, all sorts of community events will be coming up; various sports try outs, fundraisers, cooking contests, etc.  Kids are getting ready for their Spring Break, many of us are ready for Spring.

I was asked by a couple of buyers recently that they don't understand why can't they borrow the amount of the house they want to buy and their credit score is good.
First, let me explain I am not a mortgage lender and I am not an expert in financing.  I am a real estate agent who helps my clients buying and selling their house.  I have a little knowledge which I can share with my clients and explain to them the reason.

Okay, you have talked to a lender and found out you need to work on a few things before you can be a home buyer, correct?  It is not the end of the world, it is doable, but, the question is if you are willing to commit to do it and work hard on it?
