2009 is almost over before you know it, 15 days to be exact. If you are thinking to put your house on the market in 2010, I would like to suggest a few things: Put up that Christmas tree: When holiday is over, put up all the Christmas decorations before listing your house. They are nice for the holidays, but it will be tacky if they are still part of your home decor after Christmas. De-clutter: Show the space you have. De-clutter, clean out the closet, maybe donate those used clothes that you don't wear anymore, it is still cold weather, lots of charity organizations (4 comments)
