Recently a client from Orange Park, FL asked VIP Staging about our color recommendations when repainting the slate walls of thier guest bath. They felt it was dark and drab, and wanted to make it more welcoming.
Decorating with gray tones will enliven any space. Shades of grey in cool blues and greens will help create a peaceful aatmosphere. The cool colors recede so they work well if the space is small as is thier guest bathroom.

Here are some of the most creative and funky flooring ideas from (houselogic.com) we have ever seen at VIP Staging and Home Management. I have to tell you, that after staging hundreds of homes in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Florida areas, we have seen a lot of floors!

I am very excited to be part of the committee to help organize this creative idea, Paseo Pastel, to celebrate St. Augustine's 450th Anniversary!. The St. Augustine Regional Council (StAR) will hold The First Annual St. Augustine Chalk Walk Festival - Paseo Pastel next March.
StAR studied similar Chalk Walks, such as the one in Pasadena California, and found that it was a great way to promote the community.

I found an ap that can actually capture your dogs thoughts in a picture. It called DogCap and its really easy. Simply simply take a photo of your dog with your iPhone or iPad and the ap assigns a caption to the photo. There are hundreds of captions and its amazing how this app has a way of reading your dog's thoughts.

Earlier this month, 50 water-loving canines descended upon Imperial Beach in California for the 7th annual Loews Surf Dog Competition. How cool is that? Among the participants was King (pictured here), a nine-year-old golden retriever. In honor of King and water-loving dogs everywhere, here's a gallery of dogs really enjoying the water.
Dan and I are headed to St. Augustine beach today. I need to check on a few of our homes that VIP Staging is managaing and will surely be on the lookout for some surfing canines!
