The following information is based on Multiple Listings Service data for Westchester and Putnam Counties for Single Family and Condominium Properties. The Westchester real estate market in June saw inventory drop slightly from May 2013 with a 17% decrease in contracts written, but a 32% increase in closed sales. Looking at year over year, June’s inventory was down about 14%, contracts up 20% and closed property was up 19% respectively from June 2012.
